--Monetization and Payments
1. Revenue Sharing: Creators earn 80% of the revenue generated from subscriptions, while Fanlove retains 20%.
2. Payment Gateways: Payments are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant gateways like Razorpay,Paypal, Stripe,Payoneer adhering to RBI and FEMA guidelines for international transactions.
3. Taxes: Indian creators are subject to TDS, while international users must comply with their respective tax laws.
4. Refund Policy: All transactions are final. Refunds will only be processed for technical issues upon validation by Fanlove’s support team.
--International Transactions
1. Currencies: Payments can be made in USD, EUR, GBP, and other supported currencies, subject to exchange rates and payment gateway charges.
2. Regulations: All international transactions comply with FEMA guidelines.
3. Chargebacks and Disputes: Disputes for international payments will be handled through Razorpay’s chargeback mechanism. Additional fees may apply.
4. KYC Requirements: High-value transactions may require identity verification for compliance with local law.
--User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal activities.
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Misuse payment systems or engage in fraudulent activities.
--Disclaimer of Warranties

--Dispute Resolution
1. Disputes shall first be resolved through mediation by CORD (Centre for Online Resolution of Disputes).
2. Unresolved disputes will proceed to arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
3. The governing law shall be local law respective to country.
